The Movement team consists of these three key personnel but this team is continually consolidated with some of the best and brightest from design courses in the UK & Ireland. These individuals are handpicked by each of the main partners and play a vital supporting role to each of our requirements and professional demands. This keeps Movement fresh, our minds sharp and our work exemplary.
Eugene Edward Skelton BA Hons MIESEugene has over 17 years experience in NPD, working in a variety of market sectors including transport, consumer goods, diagnostic equipment and more specifically medical device development. He has been involved in all aspects of the NPD process but his core expertise is Human Factors Engineering and all it’s aspects in relation to Industrial Design. He is the only practicing Industrial Designer in Ireland to be accepted by the board of the Irish Ergonomics Society as a full member and has had a peer reviewed Ergonomics paper accepted for publication. He is also a visiting lecturer on the MSc Design of Medical Products course in NCAD in Dublin, Ireland. Eugene is the Principal of Movement and will ensure that the ‘Human Factor’ will be delivered into our client’s NPD programmes. Clients include; Cook Medical, Creganna Medical & NeoSurgical. |
Darren Paul Corner BA HonsDarren has over 16 years experience in the product design industry, working in a variety of market sectors including high end audio equipment, consumer goods, diagnostic equipment, fire safety, medical devices and transport. He has been involved in all aspects of the design process, from initial concepts through to full production management. His core expertise is delivering world class and award winning product designs which push the boundaries of excellence in relation to how they are realised. He is highly renowned and acknowledged in UK design circles. Darren is the Creative Lead within Movement and will ensure the integrity of the aesthetic realisation of the solutions delivered. Clients include; Drager, Mothercare, Sky, Snap-On, Virgin Atlantic, Ford, Philips & BT. |
Christopher Dimmack BA HonsChris has over 16 years experience in many facets of design work in a variety of market sectors including advertising, research, exhibition design, graphic design, packaging design & medical device development. He has been involved in all aspects of the design process but his core expertise is intellectual design thinking and research. He has just completed writing the new course curriculum for a BA (Hons) in Architecture and is also a highly renowned visiting lecturer at the high achieving Hull School Of Art & Design. Chris is Head Of Research at Movement and will ensure that intellectual design integrity is maintained and linked through applied research to successful user centered & market appropriate solutions. Clients include; Kabi, Hilti, Swatch, Tag Heur, EMI & Canal+. |
