The Movement team will need to comprehensively understand your competitors, your market and your customers before designing an ideation session dedicated to your specific requirements. In essence the Movement team will become your customers, will appreciate the market and establish your competitors’ advantages/disadvantages.

Ideation & Validation

Beginning with a single dedicated session Movement will employ various creative thinking techniques to generate as many ideas as possible and build upon them. A second session employing other techniques will aim to validate the winning ideas and advance them to the next stage of development.

Ideation Reports

After validation and further enhancement of the winning ideas a report will be produced. This report will formally record each of the chosen ideas and will visually represent them to enable them to be presented to our clients and subsequently to their key stakeholders. This report will enable our clients to make the GO/ NO GO decisions on which idea directions they want to proceed with.
